Command, Mesmerize, Forgetful Mind, Rigor Mortis: Because of her years of training with telepaths, I'm going to say NO with a caveat: Jubilee can be caught off guard. If she is, it might be possible for something minor to happen (Mina make her able to pause for a second, hold Jubes' attention, etc). We'll have to work it out according to circumstances.

Path of Thorns/Hawthorn Barrier: Sure, just be aware that if used on her offensively, she'll set them on fire.

Feeding: Not without some major talk ahead of time. She lives with Logan and he'd smell it on her, so... it'd be good for conflict, but I'd have to ask Lain about it too. :)

Brigid:

Everything except feeding is cool. However she is a werewolf, and I do not remember my V:TR stuff, so we'll have to work out everything. :D
